Delivery Information

Shipping Information

All of our items are shipped by UPS or the United States Postal Service. UPS automatically insures all packages for up to $100 in value, shipping by USPS is automatically insured for up to $50.00. We recommend international orders be shipped by UPS or USPS Express Mail, as these are the only services that provide tracking numbers. Also, international customers should be aware that your country may have additional fees that may be charged for items shipped to your country. M.T. Uniforms is not made aware of these potential fees, nor are we responsible for payment of these fees. The order recipient is responsible for all surcharges—including customs fees, duties, and taxes if they are applicable. Products are shipped between 1 and 5 days after payment is received (and cleared). If a product is backordered you will be notified by e-mail. These times do not apply to items that require alterations or customization. Depending on what is requested, it may take up to 2-10 business days for alterations, or up to 4 weeks for a custom transfer to be manufactured and applied. If you need your package sooner than our standard delivery (usually 3-7 business days), you can choose Next Day, 2 Day, or 3 Day service. Orders for un-altered in-stock items with express shipping are typically shipped the same day as long as the order is placed by 1pm (EST) Monday through Friday. You can choose your shipping method on the Final Purchase Approval page upon checkout. UPS Next Day Saturday delivery is $24.99 extra, and is not available in all areas. Please call the shipper to confirm that this is available in your area. Please note that Express Shipping durations do not include the pickup date. For example, if you place an order for an in-stock item on Wednesday by 2pm and request 3 Day Shipping, you should expect your item on Monday the 3rd business day after you placed the order. 

Holiday Shipping 
Please note that packages do not ship on the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Please add a few additional days for transit for orders placed around these holidays.

Backorders
Most items are in-stock and ready to ship unless otherwise noted on the product page. We strive to maintain appropriate inventory levels for all in-stock items. On occasion an item may appear as in stock on the website but may be out-of-stock on our storeroom shelves.  If this happens you will be notified by e-mail that the item is backordered. Our restocking cycle for depleted inventory can vary anywhere from 10-30 business days. Please contact us if you need confirmation of availability.

Note: Transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed by M.T. Uniforms. Weather delays and other uncontrollable circumstances may affect delivery times. Shipments may take longer during holiday or other high volume shipping periods. Once an order leaves our premises, the shipper you choose becomes responsible for your order.

Orders are given a Tracking number (if available) which you can use to follow the shipment of your package(s). 

Lost or Damaged Goods
You should carefully inspect each shipment. Claims of lost or damaged items need to be made by you, with your chosen shipper.

Unwanted/Non-Damaged Items
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our products they may be returned IN ORIGINAL CONDITION and IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING within 30 days. You must provide a copy of the original invoice with your return. A restocking charge of 20% may be applied. If the item is returned damaged or shows any sign of wear, no refund will be given. Shipping and handling charges, as well as return shipping charges, are non-refundable. Items that are tailored or customized, as well as sale items or “specials” are not returnable.

Changing or Canceling an Order

Once you click the final Checkout button, our fulfillment process begins. If your order is still pending, we are happy to accommodate any changes to your order. Once your order is in the processing stage it cannot be changed or cancelled.

Free Shipping

Our free shipping offer only applies to the Continental United States, and has a maximum weight limit of 30 lbs.
